11 THINGS TO TRY WHEN YOU FEEL LOST

sometimes life leaves us wandering. feeling lost isn’t fun, but it’s also a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

go outside – go for a walk, even if it’s just 10 minutes. sit in the grass. changing your scenery can give your mind space to breathe.

write  – journaling, free writing, voice notes, notes on your phone can help to untangle thoughts. be messy with it.

guide your senses – light a candle, make a cup of tea, listen to your favorite music, stretch, feel the sun on your face.

connect – call a friend or family member. chat the feelings out to someone you trust. spend time with your dog or cat, chat it out with them, they are the best listeners.

get creative – draw, paint, cook, or take photos. small creative acts can spark clarity.

move your body – yoga, dancing, stretch. shift the energy.

micro adventure – explore a new street, café, or park. small explorations can reignite curiosity.

find inspiration – pick a book, podcast, film or article. sometimes seeing life through another lens helps and inspires you to keep going.

reflect – list what you’ve done well recently, no matter how tiny. celebrating small steps can give you momentum. slow progress is still progress.

what would your younger self do - reconnect to your younger self. what brought you pure joy? reconnecting with those activities or interests can help you remember what really matters to you, and discover what you still love today - it might just be in a slightly different form.

pause – sometimes feeling lost isn’t a problem to solve, it’s a sign to rest and let clarity come naturally. give yourself permission to do nothing and drift into the next phase.

we all hit moments where the path forward feels unclear. take one small step at a time.
