WAKING THE DORMANT - 5 LESSONS FROM SPRING

You don’t have to bloom all at once / just take your time

Early blooms come through uneven. Growth doesn't happen all at once. Some things unfold slowly. Let yourself be in progress without rushing the outcome.

Follow what feels warm

In early spring everything starts moving towards the sun to guide growth. Move toward what feels light, and easy, as we gain momentum coming out of winter hibernation.

Make space for new growth / notice whats already growing

Clear out what’s been sitting too long. Habits, thoughts, physical spaces. Spring clean the areas of your life that have been feeling cluttered. Notice the shifts when you start clearing space.

Tend to the small things

It’s in the small things: open windows, fresh sheets, flowers on the counter, a walk you didn’t plan, drink water.

Trust the season you’re in / let it be imperfect

Spring isn’t steady. One day is warm and golden, the next is cold and grey again. Some days you're motivated to do everything on the to-do list, and some days you want to lay in bed and binge tv. Thats ok. As the season transitions be kind to yourself and listen to what you need that day.
